TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. About Us
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with Fabulous Flowers (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products & Substitutions
- All flowers are subject to availability and seasonality.
- We reserve the right to substitute flowers or containers with items of equal or greater value where necessary.
- Product images are for guidance only; natural variation in flowers means arrangements and availability, may differ slightly.
3. Prices
- All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the agreed price.
4. Orders & Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
- We accept card, bank transfer and cash payments
- Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they are being prepared.
5. Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, particularly during peak periods (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas).
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
- If the recipient is not available, flowers may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, or redelivery may incur an additional charge.
6. Same-Day Delivery
- Same-day delivery is subject to availability and order cut-off times.
- During busy periods, design choices may be limited.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel does not apply to perishable goods such as flowers.
- Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the flowers are faulty or not as described.
- Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photographs where possible.
8. Flower Care & Longevity
- Flower lifespan depends on care, environment, and weather conditions.
- We cannot guarantee longevity beyond delivery.
9. Events, Weddings & Custom Orders
- A non-refundable deposit of 10% will be required to secure the date.
- Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the date of the wedding or event, refunds for cancellations after the payment date may receive a partial refund or full refund.
10. Liability
- Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Privacy
- Customer data is handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
- Information is used solely to process orders and deliveries.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
